How do I view the results of a meeting availability request?

To view the results of a meeting availability request, complete the following steps:

1.   Access a workgroup by performing one of the following:
  • From the portal homepage under My Workgroups, select a workgroup by clicking on its title, or
  • From the top menu place your pointer over the View tab, click My Workgroupsand select a workgroup by clicking on its title
2.   From Workgroup Manager, click Availability Requests from the Meetings tab on the left
3.   Click Manage My Meeting Availability Request
4.   Locate the request, and click [View Results]

This page will display the results of your poll.  The count will show you how many members are available on a specific date and time.  You can see how each member voted by looking for a member's name on the left.

After viewing the results of the poll, you can create an online meeting by clicking on Create Meeting.  For step-by-step instructions, see How do I create a meeting for my workgroup?.
