To view the email archives of a workgroup or team, complete the following steps:
1. Access a workgroup/team by performing one of the following:
- From the portal homepage under My Workgroups, select a workgroup/team by clicking on its title, or
- From the top menu place your pointer over the View tab, click My Workgroups, and select a workgroup/team by clicking on its title
2. From Workgroup Manager, click Archives from the Communicate tab on the left
3. The Workgroup Email Archive displays a chronological list of emails. To view an email, click View Message
