If you have forgotten your password to log into the site, follow these steps:
1) Go to the login page at https://www.(yourwebsite).org/member/login
2) There is a link that says "Forgot password?" - click on that link
3) You will then be prompted to enter your email address - do so and click "Next Step"
4) The system will ask you for the answer to a security question that you were asked when you logged into the site for the first time - enter your answer in the box provided and click "Answer"
5) If you have answered the question correctly, you will see the following message: "Your account reset email has been dispatched. Please note: you will be
required to re-activate your account within 72 hours from requesting
this reset. Click the link in the email
when you receive it and
complete the process. You will gain immediate access to all your
features once this process is complete. If you do not finish this process within 72 hours, you will need to contact support." Follow that process to change your password.
6) If you have answered incorrectly, you will receive an error message that says "Invalid Response! If you feel this is in error, please contact support (with a link to the helpdesk). You may start this process again by [clicking here]" (which will take you back to the beginning of the process).
