If you have forgotten your password to log into the site, complete the following steps:
1. Go to the login page: https://www.(yourwebsitename.whatever)/member/login
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter your email address
4. Click Next Step
5. Enter the answer to the security question that you were asked when you logged in
to the site for the first time
6. Click Answer
Note: If you answered the question correctly, you will receive a confirmation message.
An email will also be sent to you with instructions on how to re-activate your account.
If you answered incorrectly, you will be given the option of contacting Support or trying again.
